"Groupon is a good app, I've had a bunch of new clients since I made a campaign. A satisfied client refer me her friends and relatives. The payment is every two weeks . They are serious and responsible. This clients was clients that I didn't have before. They're welcome to my business."

"Can't even get in touch with customer support. Been trying for a month! I've called and let numerous voice messages and no luck. Your email support doesn't work and neither does your chat."

"Do not waste your time and money signing up to this app. You will not be able to cancel the deal later. I have tried many times to cancel it as it's a loss of profit as most of the money goes to groupon but they keep declining my cancellation. I have also tried to contact my groupon manager but now he keep saying he does not work for groupon anymore. I've tried emailing and phoning groupon themselves and they will never reply and it goes straight to voicemail."

"I need to pause my campaign. I've been trying to pause it for 4-5 days now. You can't get ahold of an agent. The chat with an agent feature doesn't work at all. If you try to email, it says connection error. This app is garbage."

"You know, I'm sure for merchandise or retail sector business, Groupon is great. For a service business, perhaps not so much. The commission they take is absurd. You can't really ever get ahead. Not only do you have to inflate your "retail" price to make it seem like it's it's "good deal" pricing also has to be competitive, or people don't book. Not to mention gas, time, equipment costs, to demand 40+% off top is ridiculous. Their platform hasn't been all that spectacular to my revenue stream"

"The app itself works well. Customers booking through Groupon? A disgrace.... unwilling to comply to actual business rules and pay for extras (not included in what they ordered) as they book through the app. Rude characters that no business or person really deserves to deal with ever..."

"Campaign editor does not work. Editing campaigns has always been painful and still is. This is the only social platform that doesn't give their own users/content creators editing privileges on their own content!"
